The HexaTrek is a 3034 km trail, linking 14 of the most beautiful natural parks and crossing France from the Vosges to the Pyrenees.

Following the mountain ridges, crossing the most beautiful valleys and stopping in the most picturesque villages, the HexaTrek is 500 points of interest, unmissables, and natural wonders visible from the trail.

The 6 stages of the HexaTrek will lead you through the most beautiful parks of the French territory.

An international airport is available near the town of Biarritz.

From Europe, Strasbourg International Airport is the closest. Another low-coast airport is also available "Airport Baden-Airpark".

There are also "FlixBus" or "OuiBus" bus lines that will take you to the Hendaye bus station.

The roads to Wissembourg are well served.

Snow risks are high from October and before June in both the Alps and Pyrenees.

NORTH VOSGES PARK

The castles of Fleckenstein, Windstein, Lichtenberg and 22 other ancient monuments will accompany you through this historic park.

BALLON VOSGES PARK

Also known as the High Vosges, this region is full of emblematic peaks such as the Honeck or the Grand Ballon.

JURA REGIONAL PARK

Le Creux du Van, Le Mont Tendre or the Aiguilles de Baulmes, a ridge path with breathtaking views of the Alps.

The Emparis plateau, the Meije, the Lauvitel lake, the Ecrins national park, it's almost 8000m of vertical drop in a place cut off from the world.

VERCORS REGIONAL PARK

A real UFO of the HexaTrek, the Mont Aiguille stands like a statue in the middle of the chaotic scenery of the Vercors cliffs.

CEVENNES NATIONAL PARK

With the lowest number of inhabitants per square metre in France, crossing the Cévennes Park is the guarantee of a natural moment on the HexaTrek.

HAUT LANGUEDOC PARK

This park is a marvellous balcony on the Mediterranean. The variety of its reliefs allows you to change universe in a few kilometres

CATALANES PYRENEES

With the Pic du Canigou as its emblem, and the Lac des Bouilleuses as its standard, this territory has both mountain and Mediterranean characteristics.
